Back row it’s more scary for the 2nd drop but front row is good for the first drop

pls can thorpe park answer this: i went on saw 3 times in total with my friend and got denied twice for asking for front row? the first time we coincidentally got front row but it was such an annoyance and it made our day worse☹️
